Wizard's Stone

I feel completely stumped :oops:

Where the heck are you supposed to use the Wizard's Stone? My characters are all at Lv. 99 and when I click on the stone nothing happens. Can someone give me a clue? It's supposed to point the way to the Dragonskin Armour. I'm just before the final battle and can't figure it out. Thanks, in advance!!!!!!!!!!

You're actually not supposed to use it at all, fly around the continent you will see a shining light in a certain tower, that is where you gotta go...
